Worked examples only, for a 12-running-foot kitchen — assumes standard base + wall units — about 8 sq ft of cabinetry per running foot — so 12 rft ≈ 96 sq ft. Signature — the same worked example as our published price list: 96 sq ft × ₹1,450–1,950 per sq ft = ₹1,39,200–1,87,200. The monthly figure is the midpoint of that range (₹1,63,200) divided equally over 36 months = ₹4,533 a month. Simple division — no interest or fees included, and your final specification will change these figures. EMI availability and terms depend on your bank; ask on your free site visit.

What does an ALEA modular kitchen cost?
We publish our prices. Essential is ₹1,150–1,450 per sq ft, Signature is ₹1,450–1,950 per sq ft and Atelier is ₹1,950–2,600 per sq ft. Use the online estimator to see a live price band for your kitchen before we ever ask for your phone number.
How long does installation take?
Installation at your home takes about 15 days. Your kitchen is manufactured before that in our own 95,000 sq ft factory at Raipur Rani, Panchkula district, so we are never waiting on an outside workshop.
What warranty do I get?
Every ALEA kitchen carries a 10-year warranty, in writing — never a verbal promise. Ask for the written warranty terms on your free site visit.
What hardware do you use?
Hettich and Blum hardware comes as standard on every collection — hinges, runners and soft-close systems from the named brands, never generic unbranded fittings.
Which areas do you serve?
Our factory is at Raipur Rani, Panchkula district, and we design and install across Panchkula, Chandigarh, Mohali, Zirakpur. ALEA has been building modular kitchens since 2009; our parent furniture workshop has been making furniture since 1998.
